Heart of the Laboratory – Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulators

After successful virtual testing, our software and electronics move to the heart of the laboratory – three professional 36U RACK simulation cabinets equipped with state-of-the-art National Instruments and Inteco control and measurement cards. Here, the "digital twin" meets physical hardware. The simulators replicate complete elevator installations, generating thousands of signals per second and allowing us to test our components under extreme conditions before they ever leave the laboratory.

  • Precise Measurements with Advanced NI Cards: We utilize 18 professional National Instruments control and measurement cards (including top models like PCI-6250 and 6289) and specialized Inteco cards with dedicated software developed for us.

Innovation Workshop – Rapid Prototyping and Physical Testing

Our facilities enable lightning-fast transition from digital design to physical prototype. We possess our own manufacturing and testing capabilities, which dramatically shortens the research and development cycle and allows us to continuously verify our concepts.

  • 3D Printers and CNC Machine: Enable instant creation of prototypes for housings, mounts, and mechanical components.
  • Test Stations with Synchronous and Asynchronous Drives: Allow testing of our electronics' cooperation with frequency inverters and synchronous and asynchronous drives from various manufacturers.
  • Power Electronics and Development Stations: Equipped with dozens of evaluation kits and development boards with microprocessors from leading global brands (Microchip, NXP, TI, ST Microelectronics), giving us complete freedom in selecting the best technology for each specific problem.
