Maciej Saczuk
CEO, Head of R&D, Chief Systems Architect
As a theoretical physicist and mathematician, Mr. Maciej translates complex physical phenomena into the precise language of algorithms. He is the pioneer and chief architect of the Model-Based Design methodology in our company – the first such implementation in Polish industry. He is responsible for creating mathematical models that form the foundation of our simulations and the future Maintenance AI Assistant.

Ewa Saczuk
Chief Scientist, Algorithms and Testing Expert
With a doctorate in quantum optics (University of Warsaw) and world-class expertise in complex physical systems analysis, she drives our most ambitious projects. Dr. Ewa is responsible for the rigorous verification process of our models and algorithms. Her work on test automation in the MBD regime ensures that our software is flawless before it reaches the field.

With a doctorate in economics from SGH (Warsaw) and over 20 years of experience in national and international research projects, including those for the National Bank of Poland and the European Commission, she brings a crucial element of professional structure to our R&D. Dr. Katarzyna ensures that our ambitious technological visions are realized within precise schedules and budgets, guaranteeing timely completion of individual phases.
